Poor service

I hv bought this product before 2 years..bt from only after 2 months it was not working properly.wen we complained with the dealer he send a mechanic quite often who so ever dont know even abt its working.

i just want to know if products r so expensive & durability 7reliability factor is zero.

now we r using it as a showpiece

please help me.
