Very poor after sales service - Product sleeping for 4 Months

I have brought a Microwave oven Model 25SCI on 17th April and I have entered into an AMC vide receipt no.1182 on 20th June I have registered a complaint vide no.2630900 on 18th January' 2009 the service person came and inspected and told that some magnet and transformer need to be changed and till now there is no reply, when ever i contact them they say this week it will be completed. Can any one let me know the details of IFB companies higher authorities no. or mail ids, so that I can escalate things. Further I want to take up this matter to consumer forum, can anyone help me on this.
