IFB Microwave oven
Very Poor Service

Hi

We launched the complaint for IFB Microwave Oven on 6/10. After 2 days of complaint service engineer came and took the oven for service. From then on whenever we ask they are telling they will install the coming week. But many weeks have passed they have not come and fixed. They say they don't have board for that model 23SG1S. We bought the Oven by 2005 . If they don't have board why are they releasing this model oven. We are not getting poroper reply from service engineers. they give false commitment.
