Water leaking outside & unusual sound while operating

We had made several complaints and atlast two people came and did some repair, but the unusual sound remains the same and they added one more problem to the machine because after their visit he water from the machine started coming outside on the floor.

The service is very poor and that is why people are prefering Whirlpool to his machine. If you ask any common man they will tell in one voice that the AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY BAD ".

In case no one comes for repair, we may have no other option but to go to the consumer forum who can redress our problem.
