About application status

Sir,

My younger brother has submitted his application form on around 12 dec. 2008.

we don't get acknowledgment card so far., and also we don't get admit card.

his friends have got the admit cards but we have not...

what are there problems .why have we not got admit card so far...

please tell us about the solutions of these problems.
