I had paid for my ticket amount for 28-12, East coast exp via the axis bank payment gateway (debit). I checked my balance online before processing the transaction, and after I did that, the amount (INR 1143) was deducted from my account, but when I got redirected to the irctc site, I had been logged out, and after relogin, I found that the ticket was not in my booked tickets history. In the failed transactions section, it showed that the payment had been requested from the bank, and the same amount has been shown to be deducted from my bank account. Kindly look into the refund of the ticket amount. The transaction id is 0151619158 (pnr no not defined)
