Delay in delivary

Dear Sir,

I sent a packet containing question paper from Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) to Kolkata (Garden High School) on 28th October by speed post (EW131834550IN). It took 8 days to reach the destination. It was delivered to the school yesterday the 5th November in the afternoon.

I have nothing more to say.
