Request for refund of Income tax paid in excess for the A.Y. against PAN –ACBPV1513A in the name of HARI NARAYAN VERMA

Ref: My letters to the Income Tax Officer, Ward-44 (1), Cannaut Place New Delhi-01 dated 12-07, 16-06, 07-11 & 07-9

Sir,

I was working as ADG (CMTS) in the BSNL corporate office at Room No.809, B-148, Statesman House Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-01 and submitted my income tax return on 30-7 to the ITO referred above. An amount of Rs. 9632 /- was due to be refunded back to me but in the mean time I was transferred to Kanpur and could not get my income tax refund. I have requested to the ITO referred above quite a number of times through registered letters with full details but all in vain. Kindly help me to get my above referred income tax refund back. My present address is given below.
