I have a 'Double Cylinder Connection' of Indane presently under ROORKEE GAS AGENCY (Agency Code: 06-01-6164), Roorkee, Haridwar district. Of late, the agency refuses to book a gas saying there has to be a gap of at least 21 days between the last delivery and this booking. The agency under various pretext delivers the gas late whereby my next booking date is getting extended. Initially, I could manage. But now-a-days, I am facing serious problem because at least one cylinder is empty all the time and the next gas is served almost after the one in use is exhausted. I want to know if there is any such damn rule that 21 days gap has to be there between delivery (which is under the agency's control) and the next booking. It looks irrational and created by the agency for selling gas in black market. I am also contemplating action through the District Collector of Haridwar.
