I have placed order on indiaflowerplaza.com on 4th may for delivering a cake and flowers on 8th mayat vijayawada, andhra pradesh.
Thay were not delivered till date nor the y are responding to my mail. The lady on customer care phone no. keeps on telling that its already delivere. If i ask her details of adress at which its delivered, she don't have details.
Plz. help me out in getting my moeny back, which i paid through credit card. Rs.775=00.
