Ticket Cancellation Refund

Dear Sir,

I am a loyal customer of your company.

I have purchased Air Ticket from Indian Air Lines, Chennai Air Port counter, for Chennai to Mumbai on 23.12.2007.

After 2 hrs I cancelled the ticket and the credit slip was made immediately after I purchase the ticket from Indian air Lines from Chennai Booking counter at Chennai Air port on 23.12.2007 Credit Slip No 0161653 of Rs 4675.00

I have cancelled the Air ticket within two hours. And the Indian Airlines Authorities assured that it will be credited to my ICICI Credit Card account. The transaction is processed through Credit provided to Standard Charted Bank entry no as seen on credit slip is 5757845 on 23.12.2007

The ammount is not yet credited toICICI Credit Card No 4864 1031 0213 3005

ICICI Bank is asking for interest on it.

Can you please solve the problem so that I shall not be pennalised for the said transction.
