Incorrect place of birth in my passport No H3849419 dated 17 Apr

Dear Sir,

I have received my passport H3849419 dated of issue 17 Apr in the month of Apr when I was posted with 5133 ASC Bn, C/O 99 APO. My place of birth writen in the possport is Taraitha instead of Sisaura. Taraitha is my Post Office.

In view, may I request you to please advice further course of action for corrective measures.
