Accordingly I had received the e-mail message from the railway on 18th April at 17:25:11 hours informing me that the refund amount of Rs.413.00 is credited to my account.

Since the refund is not reflected in the entry on my bank pass book updated on 28th April I had sent an e-mail message at your e-mail ID on 29th April at 9:49:23 hours to this effect. Accordingly I had received the reply stating that the refund is settled vide Settlement ID 056286 and Receipt No.018695.
