Not received refund for cancelled ticket through credit card

I had cancelled my 2 AC ticket at simla station on 09/04/09. The ticket was from Chakki Bank to New Delhi travelling on 14/04/09 by 2AC train no.2426 pnr no.245-6992921 for 2 passengers ie. my spouse and my daughter amounting to Rs.2030/. This ticket was booked and cancelled through credit card and still i have not received credit to my account. On enquiry with credit card people they inform me that they have not got the same from railways. Now it is almost three months after cancelling. Kindly help me in getting refund.
