Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked my e-ticket on February 23- for the journey of two persons on date Febrauary 25 by train BSB Express (Train No. 4236/BE) (PNR No. 2157505716) Further i would like to inform you that due to some reasons I was unable to board my train on that particular day and therefore I filed a TDR on the very subsequent day (i.e 26-02-09) as per the guidelines mention on the website of Indian Railwyas for the procedure of cancellation of E-ticket.
I have yet not received my refunadable amount from the indian railways, as per the information available on the site of Indian railways the time duration is of 30 days. Whereas It has been almost 6 mts till date that i have not received any communication or refund from them.
I would atleast require a update on the website the amount refunded and date by when it would be paid.
