Non refund of difference amount
Dear Sir,
My name is Bikram Kumar Sharma. I had to travel from Mumbai to Trivandrum by IIIAC despite i was having 2nd AC ticket due to non availability of 2nd AC Coach.
I filed a TDR on 29.05. details of which are given below. But railway has declined my request by saying that Party had not obtained Lower Class Certificate (LCC) from TTE.
I want to know, why i am not eligible for refund. Other passenges who had booked ticket through counter, were eligible for refund and they were given refund claim slip from TTE instant. TTE was not giving Lower Class Certificate to those were booked online. He simply refused saying that we would have to make request online,
Kindly look into the matter.
