Non settelment of the bank transaction for the ticket not booked but cash deducted

The e- ticket fecility that has been provided is basically a very lousy attitude both on part of the bank and the irctc

as in the due cource the settelment of the account takes some time an indefinately long period as a result a sum of Rs 6500 approx yet to be cleared as a part of the failed tranasaction
