A/C is not functioning

Dear Sir/Madam,

we are the frequent traveller of lko-ndls shatabdi express (train no 0402), since our headoffice is in new delhi, so in every week me or my colleg are traveelling.

today we are going back to lko by train no 0402, the A/c of our coach is not functioning, inspite of several complain to TTE .every time he made a promise that our techinical staff are working on it but till now nothing happen.

if this kind of things are happen in shatabdi express (where people travel for there comfort), what will be case of other trains.

so it is requested to you kindly instruct to concern person that they check the train properly before departure and take strong action against them for todays happening
