Proper Refund

I have booked a ticket no 81252340 pnr no 823-9233524 from dahanu road to hajrat nizamuddin against date 13 march. I have cancelled the same on date 21.01.2010 its status at the time of booking was wl 90.But the cancellation charges taken was Rs 60/- by the booking counter at Hisar railway station as per raiway rules the cancellation amount should be Rs 40 per person. Kindly do the needful
