Egarding refund of cancelled ticket

Dear sir/mam,

i want to get my cancelled ticket amount refunded my ticket s PNR no:-263-7635055, transaction id-0232938937, passenger name-piyush, age-22, sex-male, from lucknow to muzaffarpur by my account Ayush_piyu. i had sent a mail to irctc 4 hrs before the departure of the train. so, please tell me how can i get the refunded amount and how many days will it take to be refunded
