TRAIN CENCEL BUT NOT REFUND AMOUNT ALREADY GONE 7 MONTH

I had booked the railway through online. PNR no : 6340849030 Date of journy 27/04, but train is cencel. i had generate the TDR file on 28/04. Till date under process. many time i call the customer care and also send the email. but no fadeback. and not received my amount.
