Refund of money for non performance of journey due to train diversion

Sir,

I have registered TDR on 21/05. My refrence no is ekt2010052101263925. But till date money, which was in the tune of Rs 3534 was not refunded so far. The details of TDR is

Train No - 5227 Date - 20/05 From Visakhapatnam to Muzaffarpur

PNR No - 4215095442 Transaction Id - 0185567474

Reason Train was diverted due to cyclone effect at that time and journey was not performed.
