Not received refund

My pnr no is:8221618765.i booked the ticket on the net for 19 Jun, 08 but the train got cancelled due to gujjar agitation.i mailed a numer of times at [email protected] and called their help line endlessly. The reply received from their end was as the train was cancelled I would receive the money automatically. But after three months they are saying that I should have filed TDR within a month from date of cancellation. On stating that I had already mailed them on the said email id on the 22 Jun they said no mail was received at their end. I feel help less and agitated. Also the customer care service is hopeless and the staff recruted are rude. They dont provide with proper information.
