I have raised a birthday gift order through bsbazaar.com through website. The amount was Rs.1944.I work from the United Kingdom. I was given a delivery date of 8th October. But it was not delivered. When i contacted the customer care, they updated me that the item is not yet shipped. And they keep on saying just sorries and they are nto able to give me a date when this will be delivered. THis is totally unacceptable. What s the point of gifitng after the bday is over. Such fraud websites should be banned in India. I have the copies of the bill with me. Kindly take necesary action
