As a book club member I booked for a Swatch Chrono watch and Beneton Watch for only Rs.3199/- paid through my citi bank card with the ID: 1100 27021 before months. I did not receive the item even after months. Then I called the customer support and they promised to sent WITHIN ONE WEEK. But I received one fitness kit which I never even thought of. Then again I called the customer care and they asked me to courrier that pack back and gave a new ID 0GA 0900 52349. I sent that parcel back via DTDC with AW Bill no. F 04481169 and that they received in Delhi on Monday, June 22 at 1511 Hrs. But till today I did not get the items. Many a time I complained the customer care. But no use. Now they dont even attent my number from which I always call. What should I do to get the item or to get my money back?
