Item not despatched - Worst customer service with ITBC
Hi all,
This is to bring to your notice how ITBC treats their customers. I have ordered Benetton Glass from ITBC thru online purchase wide order id: MITBC-WEB-22397897.Order was placed on 15 May. Order page stated that it will take 3-4 weeks for despatch. After 4 weeks i wrote to ITBC reg my order and got reply with the courier tracking number. After analysing the courier details i found out that the item has been returned to ITBC due to some reasons.
So i worte to ITBC with the courier remarks and asked them to resend the package. Till now they have not despatched the item nor gave refund for that item. So far i have written 50 mails for which i am getting a standard reply " With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your complain to our concern department".
I thought i am the only person suffering with ITBC, but i can see lot of complaints.
Just wanted to share so that people will not take up complaints with ITBC lightly.
