Non receipt of adidas bag worth 499/- and holiday voucher worth 5000

Sir/Madam

I had through VPP purchased twice from india today book club bestseller. The offer claimed that free adidas bag worth Rs 499/- and free holiday voucher worth 5000/- will be sent after the VPP is accepted. The problem was that on logging at the site the membership no. and the invoice did not match due to which I was unable to claim the offer (both are given below)

What is the use of making such offer if it cannot be claimed.
