Not received free gift

Dear sir

I have already given a complaint last week. But there is no responce till date. The website given by you is not existing.(offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm). Even I rang up your Delhi office no o11-40502424 who promissed that the problem is solved by 1st sept 08, but nothing has been done. I donot understand where the problem is.we can see our complaint in this site other than that nothing is bieng done. Also pl let me know what you are doing with these complaints. Any action is taken or not.
