I fail to understand why a promise made in the website is not addressed by a company like the India Today. I have just seen so many complaints. That does mean there is dereliction of duty on the part of Indiatoday.
My Invoice number is ORA080121090 Order numberOGA080111729, Membership Number ITBC08653329, UNIQUE NUMBER 148332905A080121090. I can provide many more numbers printed on the invoice but why does this situaiton comes. I want to know how soon my free gift is sent to my address.
Please do not publish anything which the company manage to deliver. Mismanagement is inherent in our consumer affairs. Let me have an answer as soon as possible.
