I have purchased one SUMSUNG MOBILE from india today book club. My membership number is: ITBC09102022. ON 8//9/09 This month i received my
order. But as per below given mail from you i did not received any of my offer till date... The login site was given to me in not in use every time i logged in they refused by using maintance words only.
I contacted your Cust Care people they are very rude and arrogant.. They always told me to logging after two or three day i contacted them three or four time now i am not contacting any one.

This is atul sharma one of your harrased customer since i purchased one mobile from your culb. But i didn't get my order in full.. my free offer still lying with your people now every one linger on me and treat me as shuttle cock, I spoke to lot of people but all in vain.
Kindly resolve my problem with 48 yrs. or i should be visit to leagal and media authorities to show them how you cheat people by making false and wrong commitements.
