You have pending one order under your booking no. 440028504 since 28th April. Under this order your executive has promised me the followings:-
1) Holiday package for 2nights and 3 days which was booked for Kerala from 12th June onward.
2) According to the discussion 3 times with Mr. Rahul your executive promised that there will be to and fro air fair for 4member i.e. Two adult and two children free from our nearest airport to destination nearest airport.
I have discuss about this proposal with your Mr. Kuldeep at your customer care no. 011-40502424 who has confirmed me that there is no such proposal, so we must have to check.
3) Kodak digital camera C-160 9.2Mega pixel, 4"lcd, 3gb internal build memory, 4gb memory card.
4) Free jewellery voucher for Rs.5000/- free home delivery without any charge.
Your executive has also confirmed that we can cancel the order any time.
Since this booking was made 42days back looking to the holidays of my family. But we did not receive any comfortable feedback on time so we are not interested for this order anymore.
You are requested to please cancell this order no. 440028504 by immediate effect and make the credit of Rs.5298/- back to our credit card.

Please be informed that I have made the booking of two proposal on 28.04.2010 through Mr. Rahul one of your calling executive offering the following the following offer
Under my booking no. 440028504
1. Holyday package for 2 nights 3 days for property 3star to 5star which was booked by him for the dates 12th june to 14th june in Kerala.
2. According to this offer you have to issue to and fro air ticket free of cost from our nearest airport i.e. Chandigarh to destination.
Aside from this there was offer there were following gifts also for this offer.
1. Kodak digital camera 9.3mega pixel.
2. Artifisial jewelery for Rs.5000/- for buying online with gift voucher.
I have made payment of Rs.5298/- on 28.04.2009 by credit card for the above offer. According to the above proposal I must have recevied the everything untill now but when I have called to your customer care telephone no. 011-40502424 today 06.06.2010 sunday, your executive told me that your order is in process and it will be dispatched in next 10-15days. I have received one call from your calling centre around 15days back for offering more proposals but I have asked the present status of my last orders he told me that your order is in process and will be dispatched in next 10-15days. After having booked my order on 28.04. in the last 40days I did not received delivery of this order untill now. Its very difficult situation when my holiday package is confirmed by your executive on 28.04.2010 but I don't have anything with me.
I used to travel between Ambala to Ludhiana and was discussing about your proposal to my friends and they were saying me that you will be ditched and nobody can offer such proposal but due to already bought one Reebok kit I have tried for this proposal also. My wife and childerns are planning for the visit to Kerala on 12.06.2010 but everyhing shocked when your customer care told me today that there is no such direct proposal and you have to avail the facility of the special offer while login the Unique number online in www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm. As layman now I feel cheated as my friends used to say and planning of my family is also disturbing me a lot due to no such authenticity of my of the above order even after contacting your customer care.
Please advise me about the whole above case, because if your proposal is just to cheat the clients then surely I shall be discussing with my friend circle about the cheating by

Second booking no. 440028511
In this booking he has offered additional 3nights and 4 days alongwith the encyclopedia books and cd roms. I have received the books and CD Roms but for availability of the special offer I must have to login on your website. So this my second offer is the continuation of the additional 3 nights of the first order. Then how can I make the use of this proposal if I am not sure for the first one. Even I am also not sure whether there is same offer in this unique number or not after login because your website is also down for another 3days for maintence. It looks big blunder for cheating your clients.
I am very much disturb about the handing of the above order and different proposals. Please clarify me by return without wasting any time.
