Free Gift Not Received

I subscribed to India Today my subscription no. being ITE434460.

I am supposed to get a duffle bag as gift within 8 to 10 weeks.

It is almost five months (since 25.11. subscription letter date)

but I am yet to receive my gift.

I had sent three mail messages, but only thing I received was

polite assurances.

Please do the needful.
