Dear Concerned officer,
I have taken car loan in last December. I have paid regular EMI for the same. Recently I had a call regarding car insurance premimum from Ahmedabad based office claiming that if I pay premium through Magma than I will be getting 20 % discount. I realesed the check of specified amount immediately. Now premium's last date is 23/12 and still that check has not reached to ICICI Lombard and I am getting call from the ICICI.
It looks like complete lazzyness of the company. I kindly request you to take necessary action. If ICICI will ask me to pay any extra amount for delay in premium pay ment that I will hold Magma responsible for that. It's very clear from my side.
