I have sent a mail saying that i am interested in their service. After 1 hour someone called me up and said he will send me a password for the webdesigner tool as requested by me. After 15 hours i have sent another mail saying that i didnt receive any mail from their side. Someone replied me saying, they will repsond me soon,

After 40 hours, i have sent them a mail that its been 40 hours and i said i am not satisfied with your service.the kind of reply i got is

As far as our customer service is concerned, we have already responded to you via email as well as phone within 24 hours. For no payment (at all) upfront this is the best service gaurantee you will get anywhere in town.
