Online canceled ticket fare not refunded

I had booked an e-ticket from Bangalore to Patna for 11th of November through online banking (SBI). I got the ticket canceled on 4th of November but the amount is still not refunded to my account.

I am attaching the screen shot of the canceled ticket, for reference.
