Mother board is not working

The mother board is not working since two days due to which iam facing lot of problems, i have taken the cpu to the shop from where i have purchased the system & the mother board is under warranty & the shop owner advised me to send a mail to your mail id so that you will visit me & rectify this prblm.

I am requesting you to visit me immediately & resolve this prblm.

Please send me your engineer on the priority basis as i have lot of works do complete.
