I purchased the vodafone connection on 3rD Jan and since i have a i phone 3g it requires the settings sent by the service provider! (vodafone). I have requested for the activation of the internet facility several times by not just calling the vodafone care (111) but also meeting their executives at the Vodafone Store. either have been of no usE. Today (11-jan) i have spent 1hour talkin to " the executives" and it has only resulted in putting me on a hold for 30mins!! which was eventually cut off. my phone numbr is 09620318744.. if this has not ben responded to within 24hrs it will lead to proceedings before the consumer redressal forum.
