No refund recieved

Hello,

I cancelled two tickets from IRCTC on 1st November. BUt till date I have not recieved my refund. I have been following up with them continously by phone email but I recive fake info that money woulkd be credited to you account in 1 or 2 days of time.

Kindly advise what can be done to get the refund.
