Dear Sir/ Madam

I have filed a TDR on 02 Dec for the ticket bearing PNR no 4402459857, for the Date Of Journey 01/12.

After that I have got the message as below

Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled.

TDR Status: Admin Approved

Reference No: ekt200812200293755

TDR Filing Date : 02-Dec

Refund Status: Refund under Process

Refund Date: Not Available

Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

The above message I 'm seeing for the past 4 months and my amount not been refunded.

So Kindly look in to this matter and settle my refund amount.
