I had booked a rail ticket from Pune to Baroda on 17-3-09 which was not sucessful. I recived a confirmation mail from railway that the ticket under transaction No. 0101901542 was not booked. But I fail that the amounts have been debited to my account and not refiunded. My bankers insist this is a sucessful transaction and do not reverse the transaction.
Railway provides a helpline no... but it does not accept complaint on helpline... pretty
