I had planned trip form pune to howrah on 23rd oct thru irctc portal . i took the i-ticket and the status on the ticket on the date of train departure was WL1/WL2.so i did not make the journey . on the same i have filled TDR for the same on 29/10 in kolkata strand road office of IRCTC. but still i have not received the refund . (PNR details :8513160117)
Can please help in find the escalation for the same.
