Kindly note that I Miss Sapna Khandelwal had filed an online TDR on 25th Nov 08, details given below through IRCTC, have not yet received the refund for it . 60 days is the turn around time to process the request, have done lots of followup but there was no commitment given regarding refund. Kindly lodge a complaint against IRCTC & help me getting my refund.
