Refund not credited

My train got cancelled (Train No : 2416 on date 9-06), and then i cancelled my ticket from H NIZAMUDDIN railway station, and submitted the copy given to me with ticket certificate number 24816945 to Chief Commercial Manager (Refunds), Station Building, New Delhi on 21-06.

I have not received any refund yet into my bank account.

Please clarify me the status about my refund. Why its not being credited even after so many reminders. Its been months now.
