I have booked a ticket PNR 113-8639590, Transaction ID 0051673911 from Duvidha (DVD) to Howrah (HWH) by 8646 on 20-Jun. Due to flood in Orissa, 8646 East Coast Express was short terminated at Vizag. Hence I could not make the journey.
I was informed that I will be eligible for full refund as I had not made the journey. But I was not able to cancel the ticket online as it stated Charting Done.
I have forwarded the request of cancellation to [email protected] and got a prompt reply of refund within 90 days.
More than 90 days are over, I have still not received the refund. Inspite of repeated mail to irctc no response is received till date.
IRCTC is making fool to the people.
