Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have booked Railway ticket through IRCTC for 08/01, from Bilaspur to Nizamuddin in IIIrd A/C, vide PNR No. 6110772269. On sheduled journey day I reached to bilaspur Railway station just one hour before, I came to know that train No 8237 is cancelled due to derailment of Goods train at Nagpur.
Immediately I have contacted my Delhi Office for cancellation of said ticket. It was not possible since recorded message was coming that chart is prepared. This was also a great experience that, once full train is cancelled how chart is prepared.
Since then I have contacted IRCTC n-numbers of time through e-mails/ and telephone, I got the reply that there is problem with Indian Railway and they not taking any interest.
I went to New Delhi Railway commercial office, they told me that I should not approched to Railway since I am the customer of IRCTC.
It is almost 7.5 months past I did not got money back.
Please help me or give some amiacable solution to whome I, can approch.
