The train was cancelled due to Gujjar agitation and i should be refunded the entire ticket amount which is Rs.1952/-.
I have been refunded only Rs.976.0/- which is 50% of the ticket amount.
It was train which got cancelled.
Please clarify me the status about my refund. Why its not being credited even after so many reminders. Its been months now.
