This was my 4th flight with Jetairways only & I can say that it was a bitter experience.
It was returing flight from HYD to DEL on 12 July Flight no. HYD9W 0826 Seat No. 11D.
The seat I was seating was giving a feel that I am traveling in a DTC Bus. It seems that cusioning
of the seat has not been examined since long. When I brought it to the notice of your cabine staff
they do not have courtesy to say that they will arrange my seat to some other seat lying empty. I thought they were expecting me to go round the coridor & find suitable seat like in bus service.
Are we paying this huge amount to have such a experince.
Jetairways must look into the shortcoming otherwise days not far it will also in line of other airlines
i have observed one more tecnical fault that when aircraft landed at Delhi & we were about to stand from our seats to get down there was sudden power failare for few seconds or a minute & we were told to sit
this may kindly be examined & taken care if my obsevation is right.
"Khir" served with the meal have touch of sour taste
Overall I can say It was not comfortable flight for me.
Looking fwd for your finding & conformance of corrective actions.
