Hi,
Its been 9 days now and i haven't recieved my missing baggage from Jetlite. Worse nobody even calls-up to let you know where the bag is, last time i called and enquired it was in delhi. This experience with Jetlite has just shattered all my views.
I travelled from Mumbai - Bangalore on 14th Aug for Rakshabandhan in flight S2 601. I had 2 handbaggages with me of which i checked in one (it had my clothes and gift for my sister) I just can't understand how can the lady on the counter not tag it to me and update the same on my ticket! When i reached B'lore i ofcourse didn't find my bag. The ground staff just refused to take any compliant! They just assured me they would try and help me locate my baggage as a courteousy.
One day passes by and i just hear that we are locating the bag just once. The next day i get a call from Mumbai staff that they still haven't located anything. I then update him that around me people in the queue were going ot Lucknow and had lots of luggage please check there.By evening i recieve a call again from mumbai stating that a bag of a similar description was left behind but then was later collected by some Mr. Iyer as it was tagged by Mehta's name in Lucknow. I then followed up with Mr. Iyer (09820725987) and next day I confirmed them that the bag doesn't belong to me and asked them to collect and get it back. 2 days pass by and i didn't recieve any further information. I call up finally before flying back to mumbai on 19th and they assure that i can collect my bag before that but true to their deeds it never happened.
I am really dissappointed and frustated by the laid back attitude of the staff post the goof-up done by the Jetlite lady on the counter. I have reached mumbai and still haven't recieved any information from Jetlite ground staff.
Let me know what can I do.
