this isto inform u that we had purchased a refrigirator after considering therenound brand name of yours in market

but its not yet working out

we had purchased it on 2310-08

model no KD 186L...

some company officail came to see it but they have detoriated its condition to worse

now it not even working

they are ignorent to our problem and they are not even attending us

...now if some action is not taken... we have to go to consumer court for this... so plz look into this matter
