Split ac not working properly since bought

My ac is not working properly since i bought it is since 2 years since i bought i am complaining about this... I had bought this split ac from your Dealer Ritesh Refrigeration Ahmedabad... Gujarat... I only got one free services from company but complain was not resolved... inspite of complaining several times there was no response... i need to change my split ac as it is not working...
